The worst 2 days in a row . Not going to Autozone any more. Too many incompetents working there. Employee cant even find nuts and bolts in his store. Moron

I made a visit to this Autozone one frigid morning (3 degrees Fahrenheit) and had my car battery replaced. The sales associate (Tom) that helped me was very helpful and professional...He tested the old battery first to let me know whether its good or bad and needed to be replaced. He showed me all the batteries they had in stock and which one made the most sense for me. He removed the old battery, replaced it with the new one and did a nice, thorough job of installing it. So far so good. Thanks again Tom!
