Emilio just left after finishing up the second treatment (first follow-up). He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. This appointment was more in-depth and more areas were sprayed than the first visit by different technicians, so I'm definitely happier this time around. He did a full site survey on my property and pointed out several potential future problem areas. I'll be requesting him to be the tech for all future appointments.
