Jewel-Osco at 1177 South Main Street, Lombard, Illinois.

I never complain about a store, especially when buying groceries. But this has to be one of the worst experiences of my life. I was by myself unloading stuff from my cart at the register, when the cashier Victoria was yelling constantly ‘how many’ several times. Not knowing who or what she was stalking about as I’m stilk unloading my stuff, I look up and she’s tapoing the cokes demanding how many I had like first of all why do you talk to me like that? Second of all if your see I’m unlaoding stuff why are you so rude? She was older lady I can’t understand why with the atttitude. Your job is to make sure people come back to the store and give good service. This was my first and last time ever coming back to that Jewel. I will be calling to complain, because her attitude was uncalled for. I had a baby and my husband waiting for me in the car, I was in a rush and she ruined my day completely.
